日本古来から伝わるベンガラ染め（土染め）の上から柿渋染めを重ねて染めております。
ベンガラは防腐、防虫の効果があるとされ、柿渋は防水性の効果があります。
靴底はゴムで出来ております。
カカト部分にこはぜと言う5枚の留め金具が付いております。
全て手刺繍です。

Kakishibu dyeing is layered on top of Bengala dyeing (soil dyeing) that has been handed down since ancient times in Japan.
Bengala is said to have antiseptic and insect repellent effects, and Kakishibu has a waterproof effect.
The sole is made of rubber.
There are 5 fasteners called Kohaze on the heel part.
All are hand-embroidered.
